Ownership Model
How token ownership works
Fractional ownership on Loftbits is structured around a fixed 10-token model per property. Here is exactly what that means for your allocation.
10 tokens per property
Every listed property is divided into exactly 10 tokens. Buying 1 token means owning 10% of that property.
Token price = valuation ÷ 10
The token price is set at the property's assessed valuation divided by 10, disclosed on each listing page before you commit.
Proportional projected income
Projected rental yield and monthly income estimates scale directly with the number of tokens held. All projections use disclosed assumptions.
Secondary transfers — roadmap
Token transfer and secondary market functionality is planned for a future release. Current focus is transparent listing data and onboarding.
